Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pastpip, a trading journal and analytics platform ("Pastpip," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pastpip.

1. Educational Use Only — Not Investment Advice

Pastpip is a trading journal and analytics tool intended solely for educational and record-keeping purposes. Nothing on this site or within the app constitutes investment advice, a trading recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Any statistics, AI-generated feedback, or analysis provided by Pastpip is derived from your own historical trade data and is informational only — it is not a guarantee of future performance. 2. What Pastpip Is — and Isn't

Pastpip is not a broker, dealer, exchange, or prop trading firm. We do not execute trades, hold or manage client funds, or accept deposits of any kind. All trading you perform takes place on your own account with your own licensed broker, entirely outside of Pastpip. The optional PastpipEAPro and PastpipEAElite Expert Advisors place trades only on your own MT5 account, strictly according to rules and settings you configure yourself — Pastpip does not place trades on your behalf or guarantee their outcome. All trading involves risk of loss, and you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. PastpipTradeSyncer is a separate, trading-agnostic tool that only reads and syncs your already-closed trades to your journal — it does not place, modify, or manage any trade, and works with any trading strategy you use.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including trades synced via your API key.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Pastpip.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in activity that harms other users or the service.

4. Membership Tiers

Pastpip offers Free, Pro, Elite, Exclusive, and Lifetime membership tiers with different feature access. Tier upgrades are currently arranged manually by our team rather than through automated self-service billing — pricing shown on our site is for reference and is subject to change. Exclusive is granted at our discretion. We reserve the right to adjust what each tier includes, and any admin-configured limits (such as the Elite Trade Copier follower cap), at any time; existing grants are not retroactively revoked by a pricing or limit change alone.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Pastpip for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or the normal operation of the service.
• Use the platform to harass other users, including in the public Leaderboard, Community chat, or Trade Copier features.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity.

6. Trade Copier and Shared Features

If you enable Trade Copier as a master trader, you choose which followers may mirror your live open positions; you remain solely responsible for your own trading activity, and followers are solely responsible for how they act on mirrored data. Content you post in Community chat or the Leaderboard (if you opt in) is visible to other logged-in users and may remain visible even after you delete your account, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Pastpip, including its software, design, and the PastpipEAPro/PastpipEAElite/PastpipTradeSyncer Expert Advisors, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the trade data, notes, and content you create, and grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you (and, where you've opted in, to other users via Leaderboard/Trade Copier) solely to operate the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pastpip is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any auto-sync, AI analysis, or automated trading feature will function without interruption.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pastpip and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the service or reliance on any information, analysis, or automated trading feature it provides.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pastpip after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
