Whitelist the URL in MetaTrader
Go to Tools → Options → Expert Advisors, enable
Allow WebRequest for listed URLs, and add:
https://pastpip.com

Install PastpipTradeSyncer
For MT5, copy PastpipTradeSyncer.ex5 to
MQL5/Experts. For MT4, copy PastpipTradeSyncer.ex4 to
MQL4/Experts. Restart MetaTrader, then drag the EA onto any chart.

Paste your key above into InpAPIKey. Set
InpAutoSync to true and InpScreenshot to true
if you want chart screenshots included.
